Haluk Midoglu M.D., who was in charge of the foundation of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic within Karsiyaka State Hospital, began the part-time freelance medicine in 1994.

After Cemil Tugay M.D. began at the same hospital in 2001, they decided to establish Karsiyaka Plastic Surgery Group while carrying on their works together. Although they work in different surgeries; as a result of the contracts they achieved while carrying on their works together, they started to accept patients from all of the regions of our country, as well as from the European countries, particularly Holland, Germany and England. This distinct increase in patient potential bore the necessity for a new and modern surgery as Karsiyaka Plastic Surgery Group and the surgery which is being used now was opened in early 2004.

They started to serve in a new surgery which has a comfortable environment with its new decoration and which as separate consultation, medical examination and photographing rooms.

Cemil Tugay M.D. began to work within Izmir Kent Hospital in the middle of 2005. Karsiyaka Plastic Surgery Group began to perform their operations in the most important hospital of Izmir, so they created a chance to continue their services by strengthening and improving their application areas. Today our Karsiyaka Plastic Surgery Group’s staff gives Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery service to both patients of surgery, and be happy to serve you with the operations they perform, by following up all scientific and surgical updates, in Izmir Kent Hospital which has technological equipment.
